As trusted creative partners of Bathroom Brands Group, Fox Collective was tasked to support the launch of the Design House. Created to inspire creativity and collaboration, the Design House is a hub of innovation where ideas, designs, and collaboration flourish. Their in-house design team are now able to show the design journey of the products to the A&D community in a much more authentic way and it’s a step forward in strengthening the narrative between Bathroom Brands Group and designers, positioning them as a design-led manufacturer of premium bathroom products.
The brief was to drive awareness and engagement across press and influencer audiences by showcasing the brand’s design-led functionality through immersive storytelling.

To engage media and influencer communities in a meaningful and memorable way, we curated an exclusive event that brought the Design House to life, placing its vision and people at the forefront.

THE event
The event consisted of a beautiful botanical afternoon tea provided by Olive & Pickle as well as a botanical Hosted at the Bathroom Brands Group headquarters, the event welcomed a group of top-tier interiors journalists and influencers for an intimate preview of the Design House. Highlights included:
- A presentation and guided tour by Jorge Hernandez, Head of Product Design at Bathroom Brands Group, offering insights into the design journeys behind key Crosswater collections.
- A thought-provoking conversation between Jorge Hernandez and interior designer Tola Ojuolape, introducing the Design House concept, followed by an engaging Q&A where they discussed the inspiration behind the space and it’s purpose.
- Thoughtfully curated gift bags, echoing the creative, design-forward essence of the event.
To extend the experience beyond the event, each guest received a personalised press kit and follow-up materials, designed to keep the conversation going and reinforce key brand messages.
