We take it from there: connect, chat, and explore the opportunity. You get rewarded, whether it’s a thoughtful thank you gift or something bigger, if they become a client.

Step 1:
Introductory referral

Rewarded when a contact introduces a qualified lead who engages in a discovery conversation with Fox Collective.

Step 2:
Conversion
reward

A larger reward is issued when the lead converts into a client (i.e. signs a contract or meets a minimum project value).

Q: What is The Loop?

A: The Loop is our referral circle – a way to thank our network for introducing us to potential new clients. If someone you refer connects with us, you get rewarded. If they go on to become a client, you get something even better.

Q: Who can refer?

A: Anyone in our extended network – clients (current or past), collaborators, freelancers, suppliers, influencers, or friends of the brand.

Q: Who should I refer?

A: Ideal referrals are marketing, brand, or comms decision-makers working in consumer-facing industries – especially beauty, interiors, lifestyle, fashion, wellness & hospitality.

To be clear, this is for new business referrals, not for influencer or collaborator partnerships, unless it’s a referral for paid representation.

Rewards

Q: What do I get for referring someone?

A: If your referral agrees to a discovery call or intro meeting, you’ll receive a Tier 1 reward (e.g. £50–£100 value gift or experience).

If the referral becomes a client (project or retainer), you’ll receive a Tier 2 reward based on a percentage of the value of the work.

Q: How much could I earn?

A: Rewards are based on the size of the work won and there isn’t a limit to the number of referrals you make. However, rewards are only gifted when a prospective client reaches the first or second stage.

Q: What kinds of rewards do you offer?

A: Our rewards menu includes:

  • Gift vouchers (Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason, Amazon, John Lewis)
  • Boutique experiences or hotel stays
  • Charitable donations in your name
  • Invoiceable fees (for freelancers/suppliers)
  • Fox Collective service credits or consulting sessions
  • Retainer discounts (for existing clients)
  • Team treats (e.g. coffee drop, lunch)
  • Team away days and experiences

The Process

Q: How do I refer someone?

A: You can either:

  • Send us a warm email intro
  • Ask them to fill out our quick referral form above
  • Let us know their name and contact information if they’ve agreed to be contacted

Q: What if I’m not allowed to accept gifts or payments at work?

A: We understand. The Loop is flexible – you can choose a non-monetary reward such as:

  • A donation to a charity of your choice
  • A team-wide thank-you gift or lunch
  • A service credit for your business
  • Or simply a warm thank-you – no obligation at all

Q: Will my employer need to know?

A: That’s up to your discretion. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking your organisation’s gifting or referral policy.

Other

Q: Can I refer more than one brand?

A: Yes! There’s no cap — the more you loop us in, the more rewarding it can be.

Q: What happens if my referral doesn’t convert?

A: If they take a meeting with us, you’ll still receive a Tier 1 reward. Tier 2 only applies once the referral becomes a paid client.

Q: Is this only for UK brands?

A: No — we’re happy to take referrals globally, as long as we’re the right strategic and creative fit.

Q: Can I refer someone even if I’m not 100% sure they need your services?

A: Yes! If you think there’s a fit or potential, we’re happy to explore it. We’ll handle the intro sensitively — no pressure, no pushy pitch.
